Univention Corporate Server 4.3 erratum 26 (bugfix)

This update addresses the following issue(s):
* The syntax check for the "Hostname of the domain controller master"
  field on the "Domain join information" page in the setup has been
  changed to FQDN (ip addresses are no longer valid).
* The privacy statement is now displayed directly in the system
  setup wizard.
