Univention Corporate Server 4.2 erratum 96 (bugfix)

This update addresses the following issues:
* Apps may now ship a file describing settings that can be applied
  dynamically.
* The host listing for an installed app incorrectly warned about
  limited manageability in some cases.
* A crash during creation of translation files when the name or description
  of an app is not set has been fixed.
