Univention Corporate Server 4.1 erratum 48 (bugfix)

This update addresses the following issues:
* The HTTP redirection has been changed to a permanent redirection when
  forcing HTTPS access.
* HTTPS is not enforced for the apache mod_status ressources.
* Links on the UCS overview preserve the port if accessed through a non
  default port.
