Univention Corporate Server 4.0 erratum 96 (bugfix)

The following issues are addressed in this update:
* After installing an app, all pending join scripts are called with the
  credentials of the currently logged-in user.
* After installing apps or software packages, UMC modules are now reset, the
  UMC session is renewed automatically, and a page reload is done only if
  really necessary.
* Add support for WebInterfacePortHTTP and HTTPS in the ini file of an app.
