Univention Corporate Server 4.0 erratum 50 (bugfix)

* Adjusted the styling of the notification if JavaScript is disabled.
* Added info.gif for Internet Explorer <= 8 because svg files are
  not supported.
* Added an arrow to the UMC Grids that indicates which column is used
  for sorting.
* The dialogue showing the list of packages to be updated/installed
  in the "Software update" module now is limited in its maximum height.
* Buttons are now properly aligned to corresponding input fields.
* The "Favorites" category button now fades in and out, depending on whether
  favorite modules are chosen or not.
