Univention Corporate Server 4.0 erratum 48 (bugfix)

* If the details of a package are opened which is not longer available (e.g.
  the repository has been removed), an error occurred. This has been fixed.
* The translation file for installed apps modules may have been corrupt when
  generated during a release update. This has been fixed.
* Extended one command to allow searching for multiple components at once
  (needed for updater module).
