Univention Corporate Server 4.0 erratum 107 (bugfix)

This update addresses the following issue:
* Pass the "required" attribute to subwidgets of the ComplexInput widget.
* An error prevented the execution of stopping virtual machines as well as
  reporting errorneous UMC behaviour. These can now be executed again.
* An animation has been added for opening and hiding modules.
* Policy labels are now correctly displayed with an edit link.
